Evolve attends Housing Industry Leaders Cymru 2024

The Evolve team had an exciting and enlightening day at the Housing Industry Leaders Cymru 2024 conference last week. Brian Canning (Managing Director), Alan Plumridge (Partnerships Director) and James Manners (Customer Experience Manager) attended the event and worked closely with our partners at Duracell Energy to meet with people from across the industry.

This event presented an exceptional opportunity for us to discuss the services and products we offer and how these are contributing to the wider goals for housing within Wales in terms of cutting fuel poverty, providing warmer and safer homes, and   cutting down household emissions.

Various speakers, including speakers from the Welsh government, held engaging talks across a wide array of subjects all aimed at improving the future of Welsh housing. A big focus of the conference was the ongoing push towards making housing greener and more eco-friendly with discussions and various talks about the role of businesses like Evolve and our products as well as the critical role of our customers as the U.K. moves towards net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.

We were able to really connect with people about our projects and goals on this front, with an emphasis on how we are incorporating best practices and new technology into our work to ensure we are providing the very best quality products and services for every single home we attend across not just Wales but South West England, too.
