With COVID-19 developing in so many countries around the world, our commitment is to adhere to the strictest of W.H.O & UK Government advice, and the protocols advised by local and international authorities.
The well-being of our customers, our partners and our staff is our absolute priority, and you can be assured that health and safety has our complete attention.
Surveys and works will continue as scheduled with additional safety procedures.
If it can be avoided, our crews will not enter your property at all or will keep time inside to a minimum. Our crews are required to wear a significant level of Safety productive wear such as masks and gloves.
For all our customer facing teams when entering a property, we will respectably avoid shaking hands with customers and will be keeping a distance of 1 – 2 meters as per guidance. When at your property our staff may ask to wash their hands in your bathroom. If this is an issue do not worry, they will have hand sanitiser.
Any members of staff returning from afflicted areas have been asked not to attend any appointments and to self-isolate for 7 days in accordance with government protocol. Their workload will be covered with suitable staff to the best of our abilities. Any members of staff with symptoms of Cough and High temperature as per NHS guidelines will also self-isolate.
If changes to your appointments or scheduled work need to be made, you will be contacted immediately by our administration.
It is of vital importance for us to be able to ensure that all procedures are in place to support the health and well-being of our customers and to keep our loved ones safe. We will be following developments daily with intense scrutiny and will update you with any company policy changes.
