As part of our core business services of loft insulation, loft boarding, loft ladders and loft hatches, we often get asked about clearing items from the loft area. We are therefore pleased to provide loft clearance services to support your insulation works.

We understand that loft areas are used for storage but we can provide solutions to support:

1. Our surveying team have many years of experience and will discuss your individual requirements, we will then be able to provide you with a fixed quotation.
2. Upon approval of quotation our installations booking team will contact you to arrange a suitable day for works to commence.
3. When our installations technicians arrive at your home they will first discuss with you the agreed work requirements. After this they will start by laying dust sheets throughout the working area and begin accessing your loft space to start clearing it out.
4. Any items that you want to keep will be placed in your designated location within your home. Rubbish and unwanted items will be bagged up and taken away with us to be recycled wherever possible or placed in the skip provided. We are licensed waste carriers and will always dispose of your unwanted items in accordance with waste disposal guidelines.
5. Our team will ensure 100% customer satisfaction upon completion of works- we will also ask you to provide honest feedback and complete a customer satisfaction form.
