NEW product announcement: EVOBOARD is launched

It’s been confidential for a while, but we’re now ready to announce the launch of our brand-new product that spans the home insulation market, loft boarding market and home improvement market: EVOBOARD.

EVOBOARD is a ground-breaking, 2-in-1 hybrid system that insulates AND creates a storage space, at the same time. It’s an innovation from our co-owner and founder, Gary Randle, along with Simon McCutcheon (EvoBead Commercial Director) and Richard Hughes for technical support.

EVOBOARD is a new way to insulate lofts and gain storage space too. It’s made up of super-strong, high-density, thermally efficient EPS panels that effortlessly fit together using unique, patent-protected dovetail connections. The innovative design guarantees a level floor-height with no gaps, creating a practical storage space, that is safe underfoot and dramatically reduces heat loss.

Plus, EVOBOARD easily addresses the issue of thermal bridging, that can be a problem when fitting insulation and traditional boarding systems on top, if not installed correctly.

A typical loft is fitted with EVOBOARD in just 45 minutes. From the minute it’s laid, heat loss from the property through the loft is reduced and the surface becomes weight-bearing.

EVOBOARD is not the first product brought to market by Gary. Other innovations include the thermoscopic lance and the Climabead cavity wall insulation system for party walls.

Gary said: “The idea of EVOBOARD is rather simple in truth, as many of the best inventions are. However, the benefits to homeowners and installers are undeniable. For homeowners, we’re bringing to market a no-fuss way to gain valuable storage space in the loft space, that also lowers heating bills by reducing heat loss. For installers, EVOBOARD can be fitted in under an hour with none of the carpentry requirements of traditional systems.”

All EVOBOARD panels are manufactured in Wales and are 100% recyclable, so waste is minimal.
