    Business Development Director Brian has previously worked as head of Service and Delivery for Severn Wye, Head of Sustainability for The Wise Group and Head of Arbed am Byth. He joined our team in 2019 to deliver our business development strategy.

    Compliance Manager (Head Office) Bryony joined the team 2.5 years ago after working in Estate agency roles – Bryony and her team supports all aspects of ensuring grant compliance across our schemes.

    Project & Sales Manager (Head Office)  Emma joined 2.5 years ago after working in customer service and creative roles. Emma and her team support lead generation and assist with contract and project support.

    Installations Manager (Head Office)  Jess has been with us for nearly 2 years. With a strong customer service background, Jess and her team oversee the booking of our installations across all regions.

  • Hollie Churchill

    Accounts Manager (Head Office)  Hollie joined the business a 1.5 years ago and heads up our accounts department. She is also training towards her ATT accounts qualifications.

    Partnership Director Kaye has been involved in energy efficiency for over 20 years working in private, public and voluntary sector roles within the industry. She has a wealth of knowledge on fuel poverty, health and affordable warmth which she uses in her role developing new partnerships and opportunities.

    Installations Executive As the youngest member of our team, Dawn joined us straight from completing her A levels. Dawn assists the Installations manager by handling all customer enquiries and juggling the schedule of a busy installations team.

    Compliance Executive Esme joined the team 1 year ago after studying English and creative Writing at Birmingham University. Esme assists the administration in grant compliance.

  • Rachel Story

    Project & Sales Executive Rachel joined us in March this year after previously working as a receptionist. Rachel handles all our customer enquiries and assists with contract and project support.

  • Anita Copley

    Marketing  Manager Anita Joined the team at the end of 2019. She has an MA in Arts management from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. She formally worked for the National Assembly for Wales and the Energy Saving Trust as the Marketing and Events Executive.

  • Lisa Lacey

    Accounts Executive Lisa used to be our building receptionist but she was so lovely we stole her. She has worked in our accounts department for 2,5 years assisting the Accounts Manager with all things accounting.
