Loft Insulation Services
In an uninsulated home, 25%* of the heat is lost through the roof. Insulating your loft is a great way to keep warmth inside your home, save energy and reduce heating bills. Loft insulation installed by Evolve is the best quality and will last for over 40 years with no loss of efficiency.
You can expect to save around £285* per year on your energy bill (based on a gas-heated semi-detached home) rising to £475* per year (based on a gas-heated detached home).
Prevent excess heat loss
Our team will professionally install loft insulation following best-practice standards: the first layer is laid between the joists, followed by a second layer at right angles to cover the joists and make the insulation up to the required depth of 270mm.

Loft Insulation FAQs
Loft insulation is a layer of highly thermally-efficient material laid in your loft space that create a barrier to heat escaping.
Homes should have their loft space insulated to ensure heat you are paying for is not escaping through the loft space to outside, raising your heating bills and making your home more expensive to heat than it needs to be. Plus, it dramatically improves your home’s energy efficiency which helps the environment.

We ask you to clear your loft space if you are able to. If you would struggle to do this and have noone to help, we may be able to assist with clearing the loft space. Please ask our Home Energy Surveyor during their home visit, or call our office for advice.
In some cases we are able to do this, if you are elderly or would struggle to access the space safely. Please ask our Home Energy Surveyor during their home visit, or call our office for advice.
The Energy Saving Trust suggests up to £475 per year* can be saved on heating bills in a detached home that had no previous loft insulation.
