Evolve welcomes trio of new faces to its leadership team

Evolve Home Energy Solutions is delighted to announce a strengthening of its leadership team for 2024 with the appointment of three new directors.

Gareth Jones, Laura Hannant and Matthew Griffiths join the existing team of directors, taking the group from five to eight.

Gareth (above left) joins Evolve as our new Heating & Renewables Director for the Electrical Division and will be responsible for leading his team to achieve company targets and growth aspirations. Gareth brings with him a wealth of experience from the world of electrical works, plumbing and heating.

Laura (above centre) has joined the team as Evolve’s Marketing Director and will be heading up the marketing strategy that supports our business plans and ambitions. Laura has previously worked with Evolve as a consultant, so is well placed to hit the ground running.    

Matthew (above right) has been promoted from Heating Services Manager to Heating & Renewables Director for the Heating Division following a very successful few years with company since joining in 2020. Matthew will oversee all aspects of his division and work strategically to strengthen and grow our heating services in the market.

The trio join Brian Canning (Managing Director), Hannah Jones (Organisational Development Director), Steve Jennings (Obligations Director), Alan Plumridge (Partnerships Director) and Mike Kelly (Operations & Commercial Director) to drive forward Evolve’s mission of ‘helping people and planet towards net zero’.

Brian said: “I’m delighted to welcome three more experienced team members to our leadership team. Evolve is aiming to install more energy efficient home improvements than ever before during 2024, which will help to tackle the very real issue of fuel poverty and will contribute towards the UK becoming a net zero nation by 2050. To do this we need a strong strategic team guiding our workforce, which is now approaching 70 and is likely to become 100 before the end of the year.”
